What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs - Match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders - Represent the employer's brand and connect customers to the right products for their individual needs - Maintain a professional workspace and meet work-at-home requirements, including high-speed internet connection - Adapt to varying schedules and needs while providing excellent customer service
What is Required (Qualifications): - Minimum of 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required; 2-3 years preferred - Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively close sales - Excellent communication skills for engaging with prospects and customers - Strong analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills - Property and Casualty Insurance License required after hire
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Previous experience in sales - Familiarity with the insurance industry - Strong typing capabilities and proficiency in PC use - Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends
