Job: Real estate Analyst/Senior Analyst

Growing real estate Company located in Vienna, VA is looking for a financial analyst to join their finance team to specifically focus on the acquisition of new properties, dispositions, portfolio management, accounting and legal activities.
Responsibilities include:
Conduct the underwriting and closing process for acquisition/disposition of assets from beginning to end, to include: spreading financials, abstracting leases, assisting in the review and negotiation of purchase agreements and leases, and coordinating the closing with outside vendors.
Perform credit analysis for acquisition/assumption/disposition of related assets.
Assess weaknesses and strengths of deal(s) to present to Investment Committee
Manage construction & improvement requests including tracking progress & monitoring funding for tenants.
Perform ongoing credit analysis of existing portfolio by monitoring monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements of properties.
Qualifications / Requirements:
Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
Work Experience: A minimum of three years of Accounting, Finance or Real Estate experience required.
Strong organizational, time management and written and oral communication skills required.
