Growing real estate Company located in Vienna, VA is looking for a financial analyst to join their finance team to specifically focus on the acquisition of new properties, dispositions, portfolio management, accounting and legal activities.
Responsibilities
Conduct the underwriting and closing process for acquisition/disposition of assets from beginning to end, to include spreading financials, abstracting leases, assisting in the review and negotiation of purchase agreements and leases, and coordinating the closing with outside vendors.
Perform credit analysis for acquisition/assumption/disposition of related assets.
Assess weaknesses and strengths of deal(s) to present to Investment Committee.
Manage construction & improvement requests including tracking progress & monitoring funding for tenants.
Perform ongoing credit analysis of existing portfolio by monitoring monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements of properties.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.
Work Experience: A minimum of three years of Accounting, Finance or Real Estate experience required.
Strong organizational, time management and written and oral communication skills required.
