Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to build trust and rapport.
Proven track record of being self-motivated and driven to achieve personal and team goals.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment, embracing new challenges with enthusiasm.
Familiarity with the Philadelphia real estate market is a plus, but not required.
Ability to work collaboratively with team members, sharing insights and strategies for success.
Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms to manage client interactions and track progress efficiently.
Compensation $125,000 - $225,000 yearly
