Type : Temporary Project
Estimated Duration : 12 months with possible extensions
Work Setting : Hybrid. Position will be 3 days remote with 2 days (Thurs & Fri) required to be onsite at the client’s location. The worker may be required to work remotely at client’s discretion, up to 100 percent of the time.

Required
Experience as a Facilities Manager (7+ years)
Experience contracting on IBM Tririga/Maximo products for a minimum of 1 contract (5+ years)
Experience in Tririga Projects Version 10 (4+ years)
Preferred
Experience as a Workplace Reservation Manager (3 years)
Experience as a Real Estate Manager (3 years)
Responsibilities
Manage facility operations, maintenance, and service delivery as a Facilities Manager
Oversee real estate portfolio strategy, leasing, and asset management as a Real Estate Manager
Execute contracts involving IBM TRIRIGA/Maximo products, with experience on at least one implemented contract
Configure, support, or manage projects using TRIRIGA Projects Version 10
Administer workplace reservation systems and optimize space utilization as a Workplace Reservation Manager
Coordinate vendor performance, service-level compliance, and corrective actions across facilities and workplace programs
Analyze operational data to identify cost‑saving opportunities, improve space planning, and support strategic facilities decision‑making
