The Role As the second Inside Sales Representative, you will run the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while driving expansion within existing accounts.
Qualify inbound leads and run outbound prospecting to generate net-new opportunities
Run discovery calls, product demos, and guide prospects through trials and evaluations
Map key stakeholders and champion the product to secure initial deals
Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline data in the CRM
Analyze usage patterns to identify cross-team or cross-function expansion opportunities
Engage with current customers to understand unmet needs, blockers, and high-value use cases
Proactively reach out to additional teams inside existing customer accounts to drive adoption
Partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth handoff and identify upsell/expansion triggers
Maintain high visibility into account health and expansion pipeline
Cross‑functional Collaboration
Surface product feedback, recurring objections, and adoption blockers to Product and Growth teams
Collaborate with Marketing to refine messaging and improve conversion and expansion campaigns
Requirements
3+ years in a quota‑carrying sales role
Experience selling to small business owners
Comfortable working and adapting in a fast‑paced, startup environment
Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and product demonstration skills
Based in New York (office in Williamsburg)
