$81,348 - $107,964 annually Your responsibilities will include: Planning, preparing, and directing dietary activities in licensed areas of a healthcare facility. Interpreting and applying standards related to Dietary Services. Establishing clear guidelines for therapeutic and special diets based on physician orders, and overseeing the preparation and service of these diets. Selecting, training, and evaluating Dietary Service staff including cooks, dietitians, and inmate-workers. Inspecting food facilities to ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and housekeeping standards. Qualifications: Must be a Registered Dietitian or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist accredited by the Commission on Dietetic Registration of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
