
Remote Call Center Representative
Join our dynamic team as a Remote Call Center Representative! In this role, you will handle inbound calls, converting inquiries into leads and ultimately facilitating towing jobs for our clients.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls efficiently.
Identify client needs and provide effective solutions.
Convert inbound calls into leads and transition them into towing jobs.
Working Conditions:
Remote work environment.
Shift-based schedule in a Call Center operating 24/7.
Must be available for shifts in the Pacific Time Zone.

Latency: below 160ms

Power Backup:
A reliable power backup capable of sustaining a minimum of 8 hours (full shift). Options include generators, solar panels, or portable power inverters (UPS is not sufficient).
Internet Backup:
Secondary internet connection meeting the same speed requirements as above.
