This is a remote position.
The Remote Call Center Agent will handle inbound calls, converting them into leads and subsequently into towing jobs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls effectively.
Identify client needs and provide suitable solutions.
Convert inbound calls into sales leads and ultimately into towing jobs.
Working Conditions:
Remote work environment.
Shift-based in a 24/7 Call Center.
Operating in the Pacific Time Zone.
