This is a remote position.
The Call Center Representative will be responsible for handling inbound calls, converting them into leads, and subsequently arranging towing jobs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls efficiently.
Identify client needs and provide suitable solutions.
Convert inbound calls into leads and arrange towing jobs.
Working Conditions:
Remote work.
Shift-based position in a Call Center operating 24/7.
Operating in the Pacific Time Zone.

Power Backup:
A reliable power backup system capable of sustaining a minimum of 8 hours (full shift) is required. Examples include generators, solar panels, or portable power inverters (UPS is not sufficient).
Internet Backup:
Secondary internet connection should also meet:
Jitter: below 10ms
Latency: below 160ms
Upload: minimum of 25mbps
Download: minimum of 25mbps
Reliable power and internet backups are a MUST.
