This is a remote position. As a Call Center Representative, you will manage inbound calls, convert them into leads, and subsequently into towing jobs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls efficiently.
Assess client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Convert inbound calls into leads and ultimately into towing jobs.
Working Conditions:
Remote position.
Shifts available at a Call Center operating 24/7.
Work hours will be based on Pacific Time Zone.

Jitter: below 10ms
Latency: below 160ms
Upload: more than 25mbps
Download: more than 40mbps
Power Backup:
A reliable power backup is essential to sustain a minimum of 8 hours (full shift). Examples include generators, solar panels, or portable power inverters (UPS is not adequate).
Internet Backup (Secondary Internet):
Jitter: below 10ms
Latency: below 160ms
Upload: minimum of 25mbps
Download: minimum of 25mbps
Note: Both power and internet backup are mandatory.
