Job Posting This is a fully remote opportunity! As a Call Center Agent, you will engage with incoming calls, transform inquiries into leads, and ultimately convert these leads into towing jobs. Duties and Responsibilities: Manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls effectively. Identify clients' needs and provide suitable solutions. Handle inbound calls, convert them into leads, and facilitate towing job bookings. Working Conditions: Fully remote position. Flexible shifts in a 24/7 call center environment. Main Internet Speed Requirement:

Jitter: below 10ms Latency: below 160ms Upload: more than 25mbps Download: more than 40mbps

Power Backup:

A reliable power backup system that can support a minimum of 8-hour shifts. Examples include generators, solar panels, or portable power inverters; UPS is not enough. Internet Backup (Secondary internet):

Jitter: below 10ms Latency: below 160ms Upload: minimum of 25mbps Download: minimum of 25mbps

Having both power and internet backups is mandatory.
