Were looking for a talented and crypto-forward Product Designer to help bring the world onchain./ph3What Youll Be Doing/h3ulliWork in a small team to iteratively improve developer experience/liliTake new features from ideation, to prototyping, to user testing, to production/liliDesign web and mobile experiences that are simple and intuitive/liliParticipate in regular design reviews where youll seek out specific feedback on your designs and incorporate relevant feedback/liliExecute on the product roadmap and help define product strategy/liliDaily collaboration with Engineering, User Research, and Product/li/ulh3What We Look For In You/h3ulli5+ years of professional product design experience/liliExperience designing developer experiences for web and mobile/liliExcellence in UX thinking, visual design, and written communication/liliExperience working in a collaborative environment with engineers, user researchers, and product teams/liliFluency in Figma and prototyping tools, including effective use of AI in product design/liliLow ego, collaborative, and open minded/liliDemonstrated interest in crypto products (i.e. active user of DeFi apps, wallets, exchange(s) etc)/li/ulh3Nice To Haves/h3ulliPrior design experience in crypto or financial products/liliSoftware development experience/liliStartup experience/li/ulpPay Transparency Notice: Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range as detailed below.
