Role Description We are seeking a dedicated Estimator / Inside Sales Specialist to join our team in this full‑time, on‑site role located in Mansfield, TX. The incumbent will be responsible for preparing project estimates, managing customer inquiries, and providing tailored solutions to meet client needs. The role also includes inside support for outside sales associates, fostering relationships with clients, and collaborating with the team to ensure exemplary customer service and business growth. Additional responsibilities include maintaining detailed project documentation and supporting the sales team with business development opportunities.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication, ensuring exceptional interactions with clients and team members.
Experience in Sales and Business Development, with the ability to identify and secure new opportunities.
Proficiency in Project Estimation and understanding of industry-specific methodologies to prepare accurate quotes and proposals.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage project documentation and sales processes efficiently.
Ability to work on‑site in Mansfield, TX, and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
Proficiency in relevant software/tools such as Microsoft Office or industry-specific applications is an advantage.
Previous experience in windows and doors, construction, or a related field is a plus.
