Maximus is seeking motivated and enthusiastic bilingual customer service representatives to become a vital part of our team. In this role, you will deliver outstanding customer service for a variety of inquiries and issues, engaging with customers through various channels, including phone, email, web chat, and written correspondence. You'll have the exceptional opportunity to support important Federal government programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with basic inquiries and adeptly address problem-solving needs.
Utilize a computerized system for effective tracking and information gathering.
Provide valuable feedback and insights regarding call trends, processes, and training improvements.
Direct customer inquiries to the appropriate resources when necessary.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions.
Position Details:
This position is remote, but you will need to visit the Maximus facility in Pharr, TX to collect required equipment.
A favorable Federal suitability clearance will be necessary post-hire.
Applicants must reside within a 75-mile radius of the Pharr/Brownsville, TX area.
Minimum Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
At least 6 months of customer service experience is preferred.
Fluency in both English and Spanish is a must.
U.S. citizenship is required.
