Manage and oversee daily operations of the property Ensure all units are rented and rent is collected on time Handle tenant complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner Maintain property by addressing repairs and maintenance needs Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and other administrative tasks Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and contractors Perform other duties as assigned Requirements:
Proven experience as a Property Manager Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to property management Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred
