Description Marketing Coordinator & Office Assistant (Part-Time)

Part-time | Flexible hours and days

We are seeking a creative, organized, and tech-savvy

Marketing Coordinator

to support our real estate team. This role is marketing-focused and ideal for someone who enjoys content creation, digital marketing, and brand support, while also assisting with light office and transaction coordination.

Preferred:

Experience in real estate or a professional office environment, or operating a sales or marketing-centric business

What We Offer:

Responsibilities

Create and manage content for social media platforms

Edit short-form and promotional videos

Design ads, graphics, and marketing materials using

Canva

Write and send email newsletters

Create and manage lead capture/landing pages

Support marketing campaigns and brand consistency

Schedule appointments for agents with buyers and sellers

Assist with real estate transactions and the closing process

Help plan and organize networking and client appreciation events

Provide general administrative and office support as needed

Qualifications Required Skills:

Strong technology skills required

Expert-level skills with Google Docs

Social media

and content creation experience

Basic video

editing

skills

Strong written and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Compensation $20 hourly
