We are seeking a creative, organized, and tech-savvy Marketing Coordinator to support our real estate team. This role is marketing-focused and ideal for someone who enjoys content creation, digital marketing, and brand support, while also assisting with light office and transaction coordination.

Create and manage content for social media platforms
Edit short-form and promotional videos
Design ads, graphics, and marketing materials using Canva
Write and send email newsletters
Create and manage lead capture/landing pages
Support marketing campaigns and brand consistency
Schedule appointments for agents with buyers and sellers
Assist with real estate transactions and the closing process
Help plan and organize networking and client appreciation events
Provide general administrative and office support as needed
Preferred:
Experience in real estate or a professional office environment, or operating a sales or marketing-centric business
Qualifications:
Strong technology skills required
Expert-level skills with Google Docs
Strong Canva design skills
Social media

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Compensation: $20 hourly
