Multifamily Marketing Specialist
to support leasing performance, occupancy growth, and digital strategy across apartment communities in Evansville and Jackson.

Role Overview This position partners directly with Regional Managers, Property Managers, and Leasing Teams to drive qualified traffic, improve conversion ratios, and strengthen property-level marketing execution across the portfolio.
You’ll play a key role in:
Increasing occupancy
Supporting leasing teams with training and strategy
Delivering measurable marketing performance
Leasing & Marketing Strategy
Develop and execute property-specific marketing plans to increase leads and leases
Analyze market surveys, occupancy trends, and competitor positioning
Support pricing recommendations, concessions, and leasing campaigns
Oversee social media, ILS listings, Craigslist, and community websites
Monitor and improve online reviews and reputation performance
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels
Performance & Coaching
Audit leasing calls, follow-ups, and on-site conversion performance
Coach leasing teams and provide marketing guidance to underperforming assets
Train team members through GraceHill, webinars, and eLearning platforms
Reporting & Analytics
Track KPIs, lead sources, and campaign performance
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly marketing reports
Identify trends and implement data-driven solutions
Operational Support
Conduct on-site visits and marketing audits
Review YARDI data and leasing compliance processes
Collaborate with leadership on regional strategy execution
What We’re Looking For Required Experience & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
1+ year apartment leasing or property management experience
3+ years marketing experience (multifamily strongly preferred)
Experience with digital marketing, online advertising, and social platforms
Strong communication, training, and presentation skills
Organized, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple properties
Comfortable traveling between Evansville, IN and Jackson, TN

Compensation
$48,000–$58,000/year (DOE)
Annual performance raises (up to 5%)
