in Coon Rapids, MN. This is a
full-scope, onsite multifamily property management role
for a hands-on leader who can drive occupancy, manage financials, lead a leasing team, and deliver outstanding resident experiences. Monarch is a

Oversee daily operations of a
multifamily apartment community Supervise, train, and lead onsite staff (leasing consultants, maintenance, assistant manager) Drive
leasing, renewals, occupancy, and resident retention Manage
rent collection, delinquencies, and lease enforcement Prepare and manage
budgets, financial reports, and expense control Execute
marketing and leasing strategies
to increase traffic Ensure
Fair Housing compliance
and company policies Manage vendors, service contracts, and invoice approvals Maintain strong resident, staff, and vendor relationships Qualifications
2+ years of multifamily property management experience (REQUIRED) Prior experience as a
Property Manager, Apartment Manager, or Community Manager Proven team leadership experience (4+ employees preferred) Strong understanding of
Fair Housing laws Experience with
Yardi, property management software, and Excel Financial management, budgeting, and reporting experience Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills Benefits
$57,000–$62,000/year (DOE) Performance-based bonuses Apartment rent discounts
