Pay Salary from $70,000‑$85,000 based on experience. Every year earn up to $5,000+ in a mix of quarterly and monthly bonuses.

Schedule M‑F 8‑5 PM. Paid holidays and 80 hrs PTO your first year (included in PTO, birthday or work anniversary, MLK day, Juneteenth or Presidents day).

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

Operates the property within the financial guidelines (The Budget)

Makes recommendations to increase income, decrease expenses and grow net operating income

Ensures property is leased at or above market occupancy and rent levels based on owners guidelines

Ensures all property marketing is current, accurate, relevant and at its greatest effect

Directs activities of all on‑site personnel and maintains a great working environment for all

Process all invoices generated by the property and insure they are paid in a timely mannerPost, collect, track and manage delinquency of rental and other income

Responsible for building and maintaining a community of residents through resident relations

Ensure desired tenant renewals are being captured at the highest rate possible

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required High school diploma or equivalent.

5+ years’ experience or equivalent in multi‑family housing.

Technical proficiency, demonstrating:

Excellent computer skills, able to effectively navigate industry software (YARDI).

General knowledge of local, state, and federal resident/property management laws/guidelines.

Consistent successful application of fair housing and legal requirements when leasing and marketing property/units.

Basic understanding of financial/budgeting principles (can read a budget), maintenance processes and responsibilities, sales/competitive markets.

Actively demonstrates the ability to:

Self‑direct and adapt to changes, managing competing priorities and projects without sacrificing exceptional service.

Effectively and wisely lead and manage a team in a diverse workforce.

Analyze, resolve conflict, problem‑solve, and make decisions in an effective, respectful, and goal‑oriented manner.

Simultaneously maintain a strong sense of urgency and meticulous attention to detail.

Express self and ideas clearly and concisely, regardless of communication method.

Influence others while fostering collaborative working relationships.
