Assistant Marketing Operations Manager , you'll be the operational force behind our marketing organization, orchestrating the key logistical activities that bring our campaigns to life. The work you do will impact beauty, as you enable seamless execution across staffing, resourcing, budgets, and product comp processes that power our marketing initiatives. You'll be part of a team that's united in beauty, supported by those who are equally passionate about operational excellence and collaboration across the marketing ecosystem.
What You'll Do
Execute and optimize established operations processes including managing workflows in Smartsheet and Monday.com, providing regular maintenance of reports and dashboards to enable accurate visibility for operations and cross-functional partners
Lead the product comps process by managing monthly comp requests and tracking to support successful receivals across photo and video shoots, collaborating with Operational Excellence, Merchants, Category Marketing, Distribution Centers, and Studio Operations
Support contractor and agency management programs, acting as the Fieldglass systems point of contact and partnering on resourcing assignments and project data across all marketing campaigns and teams
Serve as the main operational contact for the centralized Master Project List, managing day-to-day data entry and supporting migration into workflow tools for enhanced reporting
What You'll Bring
3+ years of marketing experience in an Operations role with fundamental knowledge of marketing print and digital assets, plus experience managing complex product inventory workflows including tracking, reconciliation, and accuracy
Subject matter expertise with Excel (pivot tables, formulas, linking sheets) and Smartsheet (building reports, creating dashboards, complex formulas), with Fieldglass, Monday.com, Ironclad, and Zip experience as a plus
A self-starter mindset with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure, manage ambiguity, and jump into projects mid-flight while being extremely organized and detail-oriented
Strong collaboration skills with a proactive, solution-oriented approach, a sense of urgency, data-driven mindset, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience with vendor management, procurement processes, MS Office, and SharePoint
What You’ll Get The annual base salary range for this position is $89,335.00- $96,000.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses. This job will be posted for a minimum offivedays.
