About the Role
Joint Relief Institute (JRI) is seeking a
Senior Performance & Growth Marketer to lead data-driven patient acquisition and engagement strategies across our multi-channel ecosystem. You’ll own the strategy and execution of paid media, digital, and traditional campaigns that drive new patient starts, optimize cost per acquisition (CPA), and strengthen conversion performance throughout the marketing funnel. This is a strategic and hands-on role that blends analytical rigor with creative problem solving. You’ll work closely with our call center, operations, and executive leadership to scale campaigns, improve funnel performance, and expand JRI’s footprint across clinics and markets. Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage omnichannel growth strategies spanning
Facebook, Google, TV, radio, print, direct mail, and out-of-home to drive qualified new patient leads. Build full-funnel campaign structures that connect
awareness → booking → show → treatment start . Lead ongoing media planning, creative testing, and campaign optimization efforts to maximize efficiency and results. Identify, test, and scale new channels, technologies, and partnerships that improve reach and conversion performance. Analytics & Optimization
Monitor and analyze campaign performance across channels using
Google Analytics, Looker, and BigQuery dashboards . Conduct
A/B testing and creative optimization to improve click-to-call, booking, and treatment conversion rates. Analyze marketing attribution across digital and offline touchpoints to determine true CAC, ROAS, and LTV by channel and location. Partner with data and BI teams to define KPIs, track funnel health, and develop predictive insights for scaling performance. Budget & Resource Management
Own paid media budgets, pacing, and monthly forecasts, ensuring optimal allocation between awareness, engagement, and conversion campaigns. Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and clear recommendations. Collaborate with finance and operations to align growth targets with clinic capacity and revenue goals. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with
call center leadership to ensure lead follow-up, scheduling workflows, and conversion metrics are optimized. Work with
creative and content teams to develop ad messaging and assets tailored to specific markets, patient segments, and funnel stages. Collaborate with
clinic operations and data teams to ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and feedback loops between marketing and patient outcomes. Present performance insights and optimization recommendations to the executive team. Build and maintain
testing frameworks to uncover new audience, creative, and placement opportunities. Implement automation, retargeting, and dynamic campaign strategies to improve efficiency and scalability. Stay on top of platform algorithm changes, compliance guidelines (HIPAA, ad policy), and emerging marketing trends. Required Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on experience in performance or growth marketing, ideally in healthcare, multi-location, or patient-acquisition environments. Proven ability to
manage and scale multi-channel media campaigns (digital + offline) with clear ROI and CAC improvements. Strong analytical skills and fluency in
Google Analytics (GA4), Looker, and marketing attribution tools. Deep understanding of
paid search, paid social, SEO, retargeting, and conversion rate optimization. Experience collaborating with sales or call centers to align lead quality, follow-up, and conversion performance. Comfortable working with budgets, pacing, and forecasts tied to revenue and growth objectives. Excellent communication and presentation skills — able to translate complex data into clear narratives and recommendations. Preferred Qualifications
Experience in
healthcare marketing, clinic or patient funnel optimization , or local-market performance management. Familiarity with
HIPAA-compliant lead management systems , CRM, and call tracking tools (e.g., Salesforce, CallTrackingMetrics). Working knowledge of SQL, Python, or BI visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Data Studio). Understanding of
TV and traditional media attribution in multi-channel ecosystems. Background in
growth experimentation frameworks and performance forecasting. Technical Tools
