Role Overview As the

Affiliate Relationships Manager for SmarterHome.ai , you will play a key role in supporting the Affiliate Channel Director by managing day-to-day affiliate relationships, tracking lead generation, and streamlining operational processes. You will ensure all affiliate campaigns are properly coordinated, leads are tracked and reported accurately, and help the Affiliate Channel Director scale the affiliate program efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for affiliates, ensuring smooth communication and strong relationship management.

Address affiliate inquiries, provide regular updates on performance, and ensure affiliates have the resources needed for successful campaigns.

Oversee and manage systems for lead tracking, ensuring all leads are recorded and reported accurately.

Analyze performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, lead quality) and provide detailed reports to the Affiliate Channel Director.

Identify trends and opportunities to improve lead flow and conversion performance.

Coordinate affiliate campaigns, ensuring deadlines and key deliverables are met.

Work with internal teams to ensure that affiliates have the correct assets and tools for promotion.

Manage the onboarding process for new affiliates, ensuring they are familiar with the company's lead submission processes and commission structures.

Provide training and resources to new and existing affiliates to help them maximize their effectiveness.

Collaborate with the Affiliate Channel Director to create and refine systems for managing affiliate relationships and lead submissions (e.g., CRM tools, workflow automation).

Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions to enhance affiliate performance and reduce workload on the Affiliate Channel Director.

Act as a problem solver for affiliates, addressing issues promptly and finding solutions to operational challenges.

Assist the Affiliate Channel Director in identifying opportunities for scaling the affiliate program, including outreach to new affiliates, and optimizing existing relationships.

Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly commission and bonus opportunities where you can earn up to an additional $75,000.00 per year based on performance and attainment of KPI goals.

Qualifications

3+ years in affiliate marketing, account management, or a similar role, with a focus on lead generation and partner relationship management.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred but not required based on experience.

Experience in digital marketing, lead tracking systems, and CRM tools.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Proficiency in data analysis, with experience using reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software).

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple relationships simultaneously.

Problem-solving mindset and willingness to take initiative.

Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) is highly desirable.

Willing to partake in a Background Check.
