must have a proven track record in digital marketing sales, affiliate sales, and business development within the home security industry. The ideal candidate will drive strategic partnerships, manage sales channels, and optimize performance to scale our market presence.

Responsibilities
Developing and executing a business development strategy to drive home security sales.
Identifying new revenue opportunities through
digital marketing, affiliate sales, and B2B partnerships .
Building and managing a pipeline of potential clients and affiliates.
Setting and tracking sales KPIs, ensuring monthly and quarterly targets are met.
Recruiting, onboarding, and managing
affiliate partners and independent sales reps
to increase customer acquisition.
Establishing and optimizing
commission structures and incentive programs
for affiliate partners.
Overseeing
affiliate training programs
to enhance their ability to generate high‑quality leads.
Collaborating with internal marketing teams to leverage
Google, Facebook, and YouTube ads
for lead generation.
Converting inbound leads generated through digital marketing efforts into successful sales.
Working with content and creative teams to develop
effective messaging, landing pages, and retargeting campaigns .
Establishing strategic partnerships with
real estate agencies, property managers, and businesses
to integrate security solutions into their offerings.
Pitching and closing deals with
home automation companies, internet providers, and smart home retailers .
Utilizing CRM tools to
track, report, and analyze sales performance .
Working closely with
call center teams and sales reps
to optimize the customer conversion process.
Providing regular sales forecasts, reports, and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience
in sales, business development, or affiliate marketing within the home security, smart home, or IoT industries.
Strong background in
digital marketing sales, performance marketing, and affiliate sales .
Experience working with
Google, Facebook, YouTube Ads, and CRM tools .
Proven ability to
recruit, manage, and scale affiliate programs and sales teams .
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a
fast‑paced, target‑driven environment .
