Marketing Manager, HCP Marketing, Otezla Dermatology What You Will Do The Otezla Dermatology HCP Marketing team is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Manager to help shape and deliver Peer‑to‑Peer and Thought Leader engagement strategy in the fast‑paced, highly dynamic plaque psoriasis market.
This role sits at the intersection of HCP marketing strategy, customer engagement, and field execution, with a unique hybrid footprint across the HCP Marketing and Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) teams. The Marketing Manager will report to the Director of HCP Promotions, with a dotted line to the TLL Director. This team member will play a critical role in driving brand differentiation and performance by designing and optimizing how Otezla shows up across high‑impact HCP touchpoints.
This is a high‑visibility role with broad cross‑functional exposure, regular customer engagement, and accountability to translate strategy into execution.
Key Responsibilities
Speaker Program Execution & Bureau Management : Lead the execution and oversight of Otezla speaker programs, a critical driver of brand performance in dermatology. Partner closely with Sales and Thought Leader Liaisons (TLLs) to shape speaker program planning and execution. Oversee speaker bureau management, including HCP contracting, bureau composition, and training.
Congress Strategy & Execution : Own HCP Marketing strategy for key dermatology congresses ranging from Tier 1 (AAD) to Tier 2 and 3. This includes shaping end‑to‑end congress experience, such as booth strategy and design, staffing, peripheral events, and marketing collateral and partnering with field colleagues on execution of local (Tier 3) congresses. Manage sponsorship execution and documentation in partnership with compliance and internal stakeholders.
HCP Engagement : Serve as a visible representative of Amgen and Otezla at customer‑facing engagements, including speaker programs, congresses, and other forums. Support TLLs in planning and executing high‑impact interactions with key opinion leaders and priority customers, while capturing insights to inform broader HCP marketing strategy.
Peer to Peer Strategy Oversight : Take a holistic view of all HCP‑facing touchpoints, ensuring speaker programs, congress activity, and thought leader engagements work together as a coordinated experience. Influence the broader marketing team to deliver a cohesive peer‑to‑peer strategy that reinforces brand objectives and creates consistency across channels.
Cross‑Functional Teamwork & Coordination : Embrace One Amgen approach by building strong, trusted cross‑functional partnerships across DTC Marketing, TLL, Sales, Medical, Global Customer Capabilities, Compliance, and Commercial Data & Analytics to deliver integrated brand solutions.
MAC Sponsorship : Manage the medical, legal, and regulatory (MAC) review process for HCP marketing materials to ensure compliant, high‑quality execution.
Agency Relations : Lead day‑to‑day agency partnerships, providing clear direction and ensuring work is delivered on strategy, on time, and within scope.
Budget Management : Oversee HCP marketing, congress, and speaker program budgets with discipline and attention to detail.
Innovation Mindset : Champion continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, share best practices, and evolve how peer‑to‑peer marketing is executed across the organization.

Basic Qualifications
Doctorate degree and 2 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization
Master’s degree and 4 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization
Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization
Associate’s Degree and 10 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization
High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization
Preferred Qualifications

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
