
We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to build, manage, and optimize our full digital marketing ecosystem. This is a hands‑on role focused on execution, performance tracking, and continuous optimization.
Responsibilities: Create, manage, and optimize the company website (UX, SEO, speed, conversions) Build landing pages and improve lead capture funnels Develop and execute content strategy across platforms Write property descriptions, website copy, and marketing materials Coordinate and oversee property photography and videography Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns Set up and manage Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and tracking systems Monitor traffic, leads, cost per lead, and conversion performance Produce monthly performance reports with optimization recommendations Manage retargeting campaigns and advertising budgets Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms
Qualifications: Currently enrolled in a College or University program 2+ years of digital marketing experience (internships count) Experience managing websites (WordPress, Webflow, or similar) Strong understanding of SEO and digital advertising Experience running and optimizing Meta and/or Google Ads Ability to set up and interpret analytics and performance data Strong writing and organizational skills
