Position Summary We are seeking a driven and field‑oriented Business Development Representative based in Midland, TX to grow our presence in the Permian Basin. This role will focus on identifying, developing, and closing opportunities related to temporary and permanent power solutions and CNG services for oil & gas, midstream, industrial, and energy‑transition customers. The ideal candidate has strong local market knowledge, an established network in West Texas, and a proven ability to convert technical solutions into commercial wins.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities for power generation and CNG solutions

Build and maintain relationships with operators, midstream companies, EPCs, and industrial customers

Actively prospect through field visits, networking, cold outreach, and industry events

Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract execution

Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to develop tailored solutions

Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and pipeline reporting

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs in the Permian Basin

Other Requirements

3–5 years of business development or sales experience in energy, oil & gas, power, or industrial services

Strong understanding of power generation, CNG, or related energy services

Existing relationships within the Permian Basin strongly preferred

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets

Comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced, field‑based role

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills

Must reside in or near Midland, TX

Willingness to travel locally and regionally as needed

Valid driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications

Experience selling temporary or mobile power, gas compression, CNG, or fuel‑related services

Familiarity with upstream, midstream, or industrial customer decision processes

Technical aptitude and ability to translate customer needs into practical solutions
