POSITION SUMMARY The Senior Manager, Clinical Marketing is responsible for defining and executing the global clinical strategy to drive adoption of new and evolving Focal One applications. This role sits at the intersection of clinical expertise, surgeon engagement, and commercial execution, translating emerging procedural opportunities into structured programs that deliver clear clinical, economic, and patient value.
This position partners closely with Clinical Applications, Sales, Marketing, Clinical Affairs, and Health Economics to operationalize procedure strategies through KOL development, peer-to-peer education, clinical evidence positioning, and medical society engagement. The Senior Manager, Clinical Marketing leads the development of scalable adoption pathways, supports surgeon education and advocacy, and ensures consistent, compliant clinical messaging across markets.
This role requires strong leadership, cross-functional influence, and a deep understanding of procedural medicine and physician decision-making. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and Execute Emerging Procedure Strategy
Lead the development of procedure‑specific clinical marketing strategies for emerging and evolving Focal Oneapplications, aligned with company businessobjectives.
Translate strategy into actionable annual and quarterly execution plans with defined milestones and measurable outcomes.
Operationalize global initiatives such as KOL development, clinical value definition, and economic value framing into structured programs that support adoption and clinical decision‑making.
Procedure Adoption and Surgeon Engagement
Identifyand cultivate surgeon champions and potential key opinion leaders for emerging Focal Oneprocedures.
Support peer‑to‑peer education models including live case observations, proctoring, and early adopter programs in collaboration with Clinical Applications, Sales, and Training.
Develop structured adoption pathways including centers of excellence, early adopter sites, and local or regional workshops.
Medical Society and Academic Engagement
Manage Focal One’s clinical marketing presence at key specialty society meetings and academic conferences relevant to emerging procedures.
Plan and executesymposia, peer‑to‑peer courses, and live or recorded procedural education programs.
Collaborate with specialty societies and academic partners to support clinical awareness, alignment, and consensus development.
Clinical Education and Content Development
Support the development of procedure‑specific clinical education materials, digital assets, and clinical playbooks.
Coordinate webinars, symposia, and live clinical education programs with faculty physicians and internal teams.
Gather clinical insights, unmet needs, and user feedback to continuously refine educational programs and content effectiveness.
Collaboration with Internal Stakeholders
Partner with Clinical Applications, Clinical Sales, Product Marketing, Marcom, and Health Economics teams tooptimizeclinical value messaging for emerging procedures.
Collaborate with Clinical Affairs onevidencegeneration, publications, and registry data to support compliant clinical marketing use.
Support Sales and Training with new hire education, procedure launches, and ongoing field communications.
QUALIFICATIONS Position‑Specific Skills
Strong cross‑functional experience working across Clinical, Sales, Marketing, andmedicalteams within healthcare or medical technology environments.
Solid understanding of procedural medicine workflows and clinical environments.
Proven ability to position and communicate the clinical and patient value of advanced procedures.
Comfort with data‑driven storytelling using clinical outcomes and peer‑reviewed evidence.
High attention to detail, quality, and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Demonstrated capability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a complex, matrixed organization.
