
We are partnering with our Modesto, CA agriculture client to recruit a Digital Marketing Specialist to join their team on a
2-3 month contract basis.
This is a
hybrid opportunity set to be in their office two days per week
after the initial onboarding period. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting an integrated marketing team with projects across the function. You will take on email marketing efforts in Pardot/Salesforce, focused primarily on deployment and campaign management. You will also aid in social media management and will use the organization’s social media tool to schedule, plan and track social campaigns. You will also tap into some web content management work, making updates to web pages and the company site as needed. Through all of these duties, you will be working closely with an integrated marketing and communications team to receive content for these channels, but experience editing and jumping into content creation as needed is highly preferred. To be a fit, you should bring 3+ years of digital marketing experience with strong technical knowledge and experience across email marketing, web content management and social media. Experience with automation tools (Pardot, Salesforce or similar), social media campaigns and management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout, etc.) and web content systems (Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress, etc.) are all required.
This team works highly collaboratively, and you will have the opportunity to support across their various campaigns and platforms! This is a hybrid role, and the team is open to
full-time or part-time
contract, so between 25-40 hours per week based on your availability. Hourly pay ranges from $35 to $40, and full-time contractors are eligible for medical, dental, vision and 401(K) benefits through LHH, along with accruing sick time at the CA rate. You will:
Own email marketing efforts in Pardot/Salesforce, focused primarily on deployment and campaign management (no coding work involved)
Support social media management and campaign strategy, ensuring engaging content and campaigns are planned, scheduled and deployed in alignment with department goals
Make web content updates in the organization’s CMS
Support other integrated marketing and communications projects, as needed, working with integrated teams in content, communications and other marketing focuses
Provide an extra layer of digital expertise and technical savvy in strategic conversations with cross-functional teams
Your experience should include:
3+ years of integrated digital marketing experience across email, social, web content and similar campaigns
B2B experience, preferred
High level of technical savvy and aptitude, including proficiency in CMS platforms (AEM or Wordpress), email marketing automation tools (Pardot, Salesforce, etc.) and social media management tools
Experience working with integrated digital, marketing and communications teams on collaborative campaigns and projects
Comfort in a collaborative, team environment and the ability to take on additional marketing projects to support the team, as needed
