The Role Full‑time, on‑site Graphic Designer in our Muskegon, MI facility. You’ll be the creative engine creating high‑impact visuals while bridging design and production. Expect to craft logos, branding, marketing collateral, and more—then prep files for flawless offset printing. Collaborate daily with our design, pre‑press, and production teams to exceed client expectations and keep jobs moving smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Design compelling graphics, logos, branding elements, layouts, and print materials that wow clients.
Prepare press‑ready files: pre‑press magic including trapping, color separation, imposition, bleed setup, proofing, and optimization for offset lithography.
Work hand‑in‑hand with production to troubleshoot files, ensure color accuracy (CMYK/spot), and minimize press issues.
Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining top‑tier quality and brand consistency.
Contribute fresh ideas to elevate client campaigns and internal initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
Proven proficiency in
graphic design ,
typography ,
logo creation , and
branding .
Expert‑level skills in
Adobe Creative Suite
(Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign—must‑haves!).
Strong creativity paired with razor‑sharp attention to detail.
Excellent collaboration: thrive working with teams, clients, and production staff.
Solid time management and organizational superpowers to juggle priorities.
Big plus : 2+ years in commercial/offset printing or pre‑press environment—knowledge of print processes (substrates, inks, finishing) is a game‑changer!
