detail-oriented, data-driven Sales Quality Coach
who is passionate about coaching, performance improvement, and driving measurable results. As a
Sales Quality Coach , you will play a critical role in monitoring, evaluating, and enhancing the quality of sales interactions across multiple communication channels. You will work closely with Sales, Training, and Operations teams to drive continuous improvement through structured quality audits, coaching, and insights.
Responsibilities
Monitor and evaluate sales agents’ interactions across all channels (calls, WhatsApp, CRM notes, emails, Zoom, etc.). Ensure full compliance with quality matrix, sales standards, and company policies. Conduct structured quality audits and provide clear, data-driven feedback. Deliver actionable coaching recommendations aligned with the Sales Performance Development Model (PDM). Recommend corrective actions at both agent and process levels. Requirements
Bachelor Degree of related field 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Quality Coach, Quality Analyst, or similar role in a sales or customer-facing environment. Minimum 1 year of hands‑on sales experience with a proven record of meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
