The ESL Materials Designer will be responsible for developing high-quality lesson plans and PowerPoint presentations aligned with CELTA standards and the academy’s curriculum. The ideal candidate will have solid pedagogical knowledge, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to create student-centered materials that enhance the learning experience.

Develop comprehensive lesson plans based on CELTA-aligned methodologies. Design and create visually engaging PowerPoint presentations that support lesson objectives Ensure all materials are interactive, student-centered, and aligned with curriculum learning outcomes. Collaborate with the academic team to maintain content quality and cohesion across lessons. Revise and adapt materials based on feedback from academic and quality assurance teams. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field. Experience as an ESL Teacher or Lesson Designer, preferably within CELTA-based frameworks. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word. Strong ability to create visually appealing and pedagogically sound teaching content. Excellent command of English. Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
