
The HR Director will serve as a strategic partner to theexecutive leadership team, driving the alignment of human capital,organizational culture, and performance with the Company’s long term vision.
This role requires a seasoned HR professional with proven expertise in Egyptianlabor and social insurance laws, alongside strong leadership in talentstrategy, performance management, and organizational transformation.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of innovative HR strategies aligned with the Academy’s growth and operational goals. Oversee the entire HR function including talent acquisition, performance management, employeeengagement, compensation and benefits, and compliance Build and mentor a high-performing HR team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability. Partner with executive leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives. Ensure full compliance with Egyptian labor laws and best-in-class HR practices. •Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy that supports the Company’s vision, mission, and growth objectives. implement scalable systems and policies that support a growing hybrid and international workforce. Develop and oversee learning and development programs that support career growth and succession planning requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (essential) Master’s degree in HR Management ,MBA or DBA is required International HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD, SPHR) strongly preferred • 10–15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior management or director-level role.
