Inbound & Outbound Sales Representative – DRF Water Heater Solutions
Compensation Range: $76,000 – $90,000+ annually
(Includes base salary and commission; actual earnings depend on performance) At
DRF Trusted Property Solutions , we help homeowners restore comfort when their water heater fails. You’ll work a mix of
high-intent inbound leads
and
strategic outbound follow-up
(previous inquiries, unsold estimates, and warm opportunities). No cold calling just real conversations with homeowners who already know our name. Base salary:
$50,000 annually Commission:
Weekly commission based on closed sales Expected total compensation:

Engag e with potential customers via calls, email, and online chat Convert
inbound leads
from homeowners needing immediate service Conduct
outbound follow-up
on warm leads, prior estimates, and unconverted opportunities Educate customers using a
transparent, consultative sales process Close same-day and next-day water heater installations Collaborate with a high-performing team Manage your pipeline while maintaining a high level of urgency and professionalism What We’re Looking For:
Experience or comfort with
both inbound and outbound sales conversations Ability to perform well in a
