Location: majority time doing in-field sales; minimal remote admin work Work-Life Balance: Full time during business hours (no nights or weekends) Manage Your Schedule: Midweek appointment? What a Typical Day Looks Like
Map your route, run ~15 on-site visits, and book work. Log notes/metrics in our software and coordinate with your Owner/Sales team. Light admin and prep from your home Sales coaching and ongoing support Engage with the repair technicians to provide support on work assignments Required Qualifications
Fluent in Spanish Goal-oriented, self-starter, and energetic Licensed to operate a passenger car and have a clean driving record Professional, caring and service-minded Readiness to work with a metrics-based, process-driven sales team Associates degree Preferred Skills
General working knowledge of property management and/or the construction industry 1-3 years of experience in outside sales Experience using CRM tools and processes Experience working in base + bonus environment This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
