What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Analyze current customer accounts to establish cross-sell and account rounding opportunities
Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to deepen client engagement
Generate new business leads through networking, referrals, and industry listings
Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to implement effective sales campaigns
Review in-force policies for accuracy and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management or Business with 5+ years of experience; or Master’s Degree with 3 years of related experience
Proven capabilities in marketing‑related duties with an understanding of national and regional insurance carriers
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
State P&C and/or surplus line license is required
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and knowledge of the insurance industry
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Retail agency experience is preferred
Accreditation such as Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI), Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), or Associate in Risk Management (ARM) is a plus
