What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Support the administration of global assignments across the full assignment lifecycle
Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned business groups and coordinate with various departments
Assist with immigration and compliance requirements including visas and work permits
Maintain accurate global mobility data and support process improvements
Provide guidance on global mobility programs, policies, and procedures
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field and 4+ years of experience related to international HR or global mobility
Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and escalates issues appropriately
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools
US citizenship is required and able to obtain security clearance as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience supporting expatriates or international assignees
Familiarity with relocation and immigration vendors
Exposure to global mobility compliance concepts
