Overview MDG is seeking an experienced Art Director to join the team!
The Art Director will posses a positive attitude, critical thinking skills and a passion for creating innovative,highly successful campaigns within traditional and digital disciplines arerequired.
MDG follows a hybrid work model of Monday/Friday remote and Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in our Boca Raton office. Our scheduled work hours are 9a-6p.
What you'll do
Developcreative solutions for complex marketing projects
Conceptualizecreative solutions, including traditional, digital, and social media, fora variety of clients within multiple verticals
Writecompelling headlines and execute the concepts visually
Develop andmaintain client branding guidelines and design standards
Demonstratein-depth knowledge of traditional and digital printing techniques
Managemultiple fast-paced projects efficiently
Assist withpresentations to existing and new clients
Understandthe client's business, vision, and goals
Skills
Possess apixel-level attention to detail and a strong design sense, with an eye fortypography, composition, and color
Highlyproficient in Adobe Creative Suite
Be a teamplayer, working collaboratively with agency team to meet deadlines
Skilled inimage manipulation and color correction
Requirements
Bachelor’sdegree in advertising, design, or graphic art is preferred.
5+ yearsrelated experience or equivalent combination of education and experiencewill be considered.
Portfolio of exceptional integrated campaigns that are brand building and memorable
