What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on electrophysiology mapping and navigation systems
Educate and train hospital personnel and office staff on technical matters related to cardiac mapping products
Promote the safe and effective use of cardiac mapping solutions and related procedures
Develop customer relationships to drive incremental business and achieve sales goals
Collaborate with sales and clinical teams to conduct customer training and identify sales opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
High school diploma plus a minimum of 10 years of work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation, or
Associate degree plus a minimum of 8 years of work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation, or
Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 6 years of work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned territory
Ability to engage effectively in a clinical environment and support unscheduled needs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
B.A./B.S. Degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or related technical discipline with a minimum of four years of experience in the cardiac field
Proven track record with technical training assignments
Experience in cardiac catheter ablation or EP medical sales providing technical and clinical support
