As Head of SEO and Generative Search Optimization, you will own organic growth across both traditional search engines and AI-driven discovery platforms. Your mandate is to defend and scale organic performance at massive technical depth, and to redefine what ranking means in a world of LLM-driven answers, AI snapshots, and conversational search.

This is a senior leadership role for someone equally fluent in technical architecture, data, and strategy, and who can translate complexity into clear business impact.

Mission

• Shift organic strategy from keywords to entities.
• Prepare the platform for AI-first discovery.
• Establish long-term authority across search engines and LLM ecosystems.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the transition from keyword-centric SEO to entity-based optimization.
• Establish the platform as a trusted and authoritative source within knowledge graphs.
• Define entity ownership, relationships, and topical authority at scale.
• Own crawl efficiency and indexation strategy for large-scale dynamic sites.
• Drive Core Web Vitals and page performance improvements in partnership with engineering.
• Design and implement structured data frameworks that support rich results and AI readability.
• Develop strategies for AI-driven search surfaces and answer engines.
• Define new success metrics beyond traditional rankings.
