Key Responsibilities: Qualifications & Experience: 4+ years of experience in financial services, with a strong focus on compliance risk and control design. Demonstrated experience in control framework implementation, risk assessments, and governance programs. Experience in regulatory environments with strong understanding of risk and expectations. Experience leading cross-functional or global initiatives preferred. Technical Skills Proficiency in MS Excel required. Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving capabilities. Competencies Strong control design and risk assessment expertise. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Effective stakeholder management and influencing skills. Ability to balance strategic thinking with attention to detail. Proven ability to develop and implement process improvement initiatives.
