DESCRIPTION: Employer: Amazon.com Services LLC Position: Product Marketing III (multiple positions available) Location: Seattle, WA

Multiple Positions Available: 1.Owns and develops the end-to-end product online experience throughout the lifecycle of Amazon devices and accessories, including creation of digital marketing and online experience plans based on research, testing data, and customer insights. 2.Conducts comprehensive onsite assessments for new product launches and category expansions, providing strategic direction to technical, user experience, creative teams and leadership while defining customer experience requirements. 3.Leads competitive analysis and market research initiatives, monitoring customer behavior trends, pain points, and opportunities to inform business strategy and product positioning. 4.Drives product demand through strategic merchandising, sales optimization, and promotional activities, partnering with sales teams to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies. 5.Plans and executes multi-surface testing programs to optimize user experience and unit sales, incorporating data-driven insights to continuously improve performance. 6.Coordinates cross-functionally with technical, user experience, product, legal, finance, and creative teams to implement online experience plans and ensure alignment across all stakeholders. 7.Identifies and documents process improvement opportunities, including automation initiatives, writing detailed business requirements that quantify potential impact and efficiency gains. 8.Provides regular performance reporting and analysis through regular in-person and offline mechanisms with business leaders, delivering actionable insights to senior leadership on category-specific performance and strategic initiatives

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: A master's degree or foreign equivalent in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline and two years of experience in a related occupation. In the alternative, a bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent, in in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline followed by 6 progressively responsible years in a related occupation.

Experience must include: (1.)6 years of experience in conducting market and competitive analysis. (2.)6 years of experience in data analysis for identifying business drivers (3.)6 years of experience in identifying, grooming, and prioritizing business cases, sizing opportunities, monetization models, business case presentation and pitching for idea acceptance. (4.)6 years of experience in developing business strategies that drive growth, profitability and competitive success (5.)6 years of experience in using tools, such as Excel, Google Analytics or Tableau, for reporting or interpreting data.

The pay range for this position in Seattle, WA is $142,800/year - $193,200/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience

A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
