
The Director of Clinical Operations provides operational leadership for clinical and business functions within the organization’s clinics. This position is responsible for ensuring high-quality, patient centered care through oversight of clinical processes, regulatory compliance, business functions, and performance improvement initiatives. The Director of Clinical Operations oversees a team of Managers who are responsible for the direct supervision and day to day management of clinical support staff. This position collaborates closely with medical leadership, administrative teams and other ancillary departments to optimize patient flow, enhance the patient experience and maintain operational excellence across clinical units. The Director of Clinical Operations reports to the Chief Operating Officer.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration or related field required
Advanced business or healthcare degree preferred
Current CPR certification through the American Heart Association
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Three-Five years of progressive leadership in outpatient primary care or ambulatory clinical operations is strongly preferred
Previous work experience in ambulatory care, hospital, or public health required
Strong adult-health, medical/surgical, pediatric, immediate care and/or women’s health experience required
Experience utilizing an electronic medical record required

COMPENSATION The salary range for this position is $79,516.89-$122,456.66. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
