You create memorable experiences, help riders and fans gear up in authentic Harley style, and bring the energy of the dealership to life through customer connection, merchandising excellence, and event engagement. This position blends customer service, fashion-forward retail, and sales performance, with opportunities to earn commission on both individual sales and department results. Starting pay begins at $14.00/hour plus commission incentives. What Success Looks Like in This Role Delivering a legendary customer experience every time Driving individual and department sales performance Maintaining an eye-catching, organized retail floor Building lasting customer relationships and repeat business Supporting dealership events and special promotions Representing the Harley-Davidson brand with pride and professionalism Key Responsibilities 1. Customer Experience & Sales Greet every customer promptly with energy, authenticity, and a welcoming attitude Assist customers with product selection, styling, fit, and feature/benefit education Highlight promotions, specials, and new arrivals Build rapport and customer loyalty through follow-up and product notifications Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently (cash, credit, POS systems) Handle special orders, backorders, and customer inquiries professionally Resolve customer concerns with empathy and a "Make Things Right" mindset 2. Retail Merchandising & Operations Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor Ensure merchandise is properly stocked, sized, and presented Assist with inventory counts and loss prevention awareness Rotate and refresh displays to align with promotions and seasons Follow Harley-Davidson University training requirements and product knowledge standards Support event set-ups, pop-up booths, fashion shows, and dealership open houses 3. Teamwork & Culture Work collaboratively with the A&L Manager and dealership leadership Support a positive, high-energy team environment Be flexible with scheduling to support peak sales periods and events Represent dealership values in every customer and employee interaction Commitments We Expect Bring a friendly, upbeat, and professional attitude, every shift Treat all customers and coworkers with fairness, respect, and integrity Take pride in personal appearance and workspace presentation Stay coachable, adaptable, and growth-oriented Uphold honesty and ethical standards in all business dealings Qualifications & Experience Retail sales or customer service experience preferred (fashion or lifestyle retail a plus) POS and inventory system experience preferred (or ability to learn quickly) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment High school diploma or equivalent A genuine interest in Harley-Davidson culture and lifestyle Retail experience is preferred, but we care most about attitude, energy, and the right fit for our team. If you bring the drive, we'll help build the skills.
