5:00 PM Parking: Free or validated / IN-OFFICE ONLY Positions Available: 5 We are hiring several Document Processing Specialists to support a large-scale effort to digitize thousands of Land & Right of Way files. These positions involve hands-on document preparation, scanning, categorization, quality verification, and uploading. Training will be provided. Responsibilities: Prepare physical files for scanning, including removing staples, organizing documents, and ensuring readiness for digitization. Scan documents using desktop scanners and, when needed, large-format copiers. Perform quality checks to ensure scans are complete, clear, and accurately captured. Categorize and title scanned documents using established nomenclature ("smart scanning"). Upload scanned files to designated network locations. Assist with moving and shifting storage boxes (lifting required). Maintain accuracy, attention to detail, and productivity standards. Use Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) as needed. Qualifications: Prior experience in Land or Right of Way documentation is a HUGE PLUS but not required. Experience with document control, scanning, or legal contract files is beneficial. High attention to detail and the ability to follow structured workflows. Comfortable handling physical file boxes and repetitive scanning tasks. Reliable, organized, and able to work independently within a project-focused environment.
