The Leasing Consultant plays a pivotal role in the real estate and rental industry by serving as the primary point of contact for prospective tenants. This position is responsible for guiding potential renters through the leasing process, from initial inquiry to lease signing, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. The Leasing Consultant must effectively communicate property features, rental terms, and community benefits to match tenant needs with available units. This position is for a Class A Luxury Property that is in the lease up stage. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in leasing, sales, or customer service, preferably within the real estate or property management industry. Strong understanding of leasing laws and fair housing regulations applicable in the United States. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with property management software and basic computer applications. Preferred Qualifications: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field. Certification as a Certified Apartment Leasing Professional (CALP) or similar credential. Experience working with diverse populations and a commitment to inclusive customer service. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed leasing goals in a competitive market. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms to support leasing initiatives. Responsibilities: Greet and engage prospective tenants, providing detailed information about available rental units and community amenities.
