As a Mid-Market Account Executive at Scrunch AI, you'll sell directly to fast-growing brands navigating one of the most urgent shifts in marketing today: how to show up in an AI-first discovery and search world. You'll own deals end-to-endfrom first conversation through closeworking with marketing leaders at high-growth mid-market companies. This is a hands-on, quota-carrying role for someone who thrives in fast sales cycles, knows how to run a clean process, and wants to help shape a repeatable motion in a category that's still being defined. What You'll Do
Own the full sales cycle for mid-market accounts, from discovery through close Manage and close inbound demand while driving targeted outbound into priority accounts Run thoughtful discovery to understand customer goals, pain points, and buying criteria Deliver compelling product demos and position Scrunch as a strategic solutionnot just a tool Navigate multiple stakeholders (Marketing, Growth, Digital, Brand) within customer orgs Forecast accurately and maintain strong pipeline hygiene in the CRM Partner closely with Marketing, Solutions, and Product to refine messaging and improve win rates Stay current on changes in AI, search, and discoveryand bring that insight into customer conversations What You Bring
36 years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience (mid-market preferred) Proven success closing $20k$100k+ ARR deals with marketing or growth buyers Strong discovery skills and comfort leading consultative sales conversations Experience running multiple deals in parallel with varying timelines Clear, confident communicationboth written and verbal High ownership mindset: you take accountability for outcomes, not just activity Curiosity and bias toward learning, especially around AI, marketing, and emerging buyer behavior Scrunch is an equal opportunity employer.
