RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and develop strategic relationships with banks, insurance companies, corporations, investment banks, and high net worth individuals
- Source federal tax equity for renewable energy and historic business lines
- Source capital for renewable debt, ground lease financing, and C-PACE
- Help develop strategies to maintain a lower cost of capital for various products
- Prepare materials and coordinate with other key investments team members on deliverables to potential capital sources
- Maintain relationships with existing investors to ensure visibility in the market
- Attend conferences and travel to meet with existing and potential investors, as deemed necessary
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in business or finance
- Four years of experience in business or finance is preferred
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external parties
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related products
- Strong writing and analytical skills
- High comfort level with presenting to large and small groups
