We are actively searching for a Director of Finance with expertise in hotels and the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate would have 4+ years of experience in hotel and financial management including forecasting, budgeting, and reconciliation of balance sheets. You would be joining a team of hospitality experts, and be a strategic partner directly influencing future growth.
Responsibilities : Coordination and oversight of all hotel financial activity. Provide financial leadership and work with all key hotel personnel. Create well-composed forecasts and budgets with the full involvement of the Executive Committee.
Must-Have Skills :
- 4+ years as Director of Finance for a Hotel or Hospitality group. Hotel experience is a MUST!
- Strong understanding of Forecasting and Budgeting as it relates to hospitality management
- Experience managing a small team
- Experience with balance sheet reconciliation
Nice to have Skills :
- Experience with change management and executive relations
